Complaint

kindly assist yesterday the 23rd i went to markhams in Johannesburg I bought two t-shirts with my credit card before I swiped the lady who assisted me took my credit card details card number, cvv and expire date few minutes later I got ****med on my card all my money was taken please assist what can I do I have been sending emails to markhams and I have not received any feedback and I am suffering now as far as I know I was suppose to swipe my card and that is all.
