complaint

<p>I went to the mall this morning to do some shopping, I got there around 8h50. I waited patiently for the stores to open. I waited outside the doors of Markham until around 10 past but the store was not opened and there was no one communicating to us about what might be going on, I went next door at Foschini to ask if the store will be opening today, the lady kindly assisted me and tried to find out from the security guards if they saw anyone going into the store because already the time to open has passed. Unfortunately no one saw anything. I was then forced to go and shop at other stores, I went to truworths and made my shopping, I finished around 9h20 and the store was still not open. This was a very frustrating experience, other customer decided to leave as well, but instead I took a photo of the closed doors before I left. The staff members and management of this store are chasing us to other stores who know that time is money</p>
