complaint

i bought a phone in markhams march six weeks later rainbow like lines appeared while charging i sent it back since then i have not received it back upon investigating i found out they damaged the lcd screen. they sent it to the manufacture in cape town now they are billing me for the damage and threatened me that if i don,t pay is my loss i have all documentation please assist me am desparetely need your help
