COLLECTORS HARASSMENT AND OVER COSTS

TFG collectors are harassing us without a reason they accumulate more costs with the calls, sms'es, emails. The opening balance dated 3/8/2021 is R356.98 Then after unreasonable deliberate cost on the 12/8/2021 closing balance was R682.80 Last week My wife and I made the spending on the account Sunday 15/8/2021 and the closing balance R3506 wow wow surprisingly the following day Monday, 16/8/2021 I received a call from TFG I explained to the lady that we never ever had a problem with the account and I pay it regularly via eft. Then Tuesday 17th another call then they dropped, Wednesday 18th another call, Thursday 19th another call then Friday 20th I ask this lady why is Markham harassing us then she dropped the call within a little period of time my wife receives a call as well including an email stating "Due to missed payments, your MARKHAM Account has been suspended and you can no longer shop at any TFG stores". Balance R3725.43 Do you want to say from our last purchase of Sunday 15th the balance was R3506 and within 5days it accumulated more then R200? I'm expecting TFG to reverse all those unnecessary costs and make sure you discipline your consultants from harassment. I'm very disappointed and angry with this situation this is out of control daily calls daily sms'es daily emails daily costs.
