Cleaning the door is priority than customers

I have a parcel which I need to collect from Markham Jabulani mall. The shop opens at 9 but nooo we can’t get into the store because they are cleaning the roller door. But how can you really start cleaning the door when the shop is supposed to open. The guy cleaning is telling us that we still going to wait because he has to clean on the inside aswell. What kind of treating customer fairly is this? I’m really not impressed because I had to leave because I have things to do, I can’t be waiting there .
