Charge for lost cards
Good day<br> <br> I recently lost my wallet, can't even say if it was ****** but it vanished. All this meant was to replace all my cards.<br> <br> Out of all the cards replaced, your company is the only one that charges for replacement card, not even my bank charged me and I replaced 8 cards.<br> <br> I'm lost for words here cause no one could explain why you charge for a card.<br> <br> Not an impressed customer.<br> <br> Regards<br> Orlando<br>
