Cellphone return

Hi good people i bought a phone on Saturday 28 Sept at Makharms Waterfront Bloemfontein, Now the person that i bought the phone for just found out that the phone has no FM Radio and dont want it, Now i want to return it, I was looking for terms amd conditions for cellphone return but it says there is a cellphone customer pick-up document which i ddnt get , i searched on the website and internet and i cant find those terms and conditions, Any assistance on how i could return the phone? Its Nokia 7 plus
