Cellphone Nightmare
About 3months ago i took my wife's phone for repairs at Markhams in Greenacres.Two months later the phone was still not sent.However after speaking to the manager it was sent in a matter of a few days.Two weeks ago i received 9 sms's to say the phone has been repaired and it will be couriered back to the store.Up to now i have not received a favourable response from either the store or the TFG Group complaints dept which is where i lodged a complaint as well. Totally pathetic and unremarkable to say the least.I will defnitely never ever recommend anyone to buy anything especially a cellphone from this group
