Cellphone can't be fixed by the seller

I bought a phone at Markham wonder park store in March 2020 using my Foschini account and in July the phone just switched off and stopped working and I return it to the store on the 23rd of July and I explained that I have lost the slip and they said there is no problem as I have bought the phone using the account they are going to check the slip on their files at the store and send the phone for repair, after a week I went to the store to check the phone and they told me that it's still early for the phone to be back as it can even take a month from repairs and they will contact me as soon as the phone is back and I agreed , after a month and two weeks I went back to the store to check and they said they would do a follow up and let me know what is going on the following day around 9 , I waited for their call which I never received and around 100th I went to the store as I'm staying closer to the mall and asked them that I have been waiting for the call and they said they could not get hold of the repairs service since is Saturday so they are going to call on Monday and give me feedback which they never did until I went to the store and they said my phone is still at the store it was never sent for repairs as they couldn't find the slip in the file so they are going to call head office for print out of the slip and they will let me know what's going on wich they never did until i went to the store again on the 30th September were they told me they could not get a slip at the head office and they have tried their best so i must take the phone and go to fixed it myself which I refuse and i asked to speak to the manager so that i can lay a complain but the manager could not come and see me in fact they gave me the number to call head office to complain and i still insists that let the manager come and explain the procedure of laying complain or give me the email address because i don't have the money to call i can only send the email but the manager never came to see me until i leave the store it's been two months now without my phone and i only that the managers name is Nthabiseng
