Cell phone insurance is not approved in 7 working days as per contract, now is been two months waiting for a response, no feedback till today.

I have a problem with Cell Phone insurance, it has delayed my claim for approximately three Months. My device went missing November 2017, then I blacklisted it with MTN network and reported to the police station, and case number was issued to me. Then since the Lephalale MARKHAM store saying finrite insurance was off line December 2017 till to date there is no feedback. Hence I am suffering on this, I insured my device for very valid reason. Due to such long time waiting for MARKHAM to respond. I am perusing to sue this company for costing such, my claim is pending, no results for the past two months. Hence they still taking premiums for device that lost long time ago or two months full. It does not make sense this insurance business of theirs. I have supporting documents phone was insured with them, and statement show that money is being deducted every month. This spoils trust of south African people in insurances, this a seriously crime. It deserves attention.
