Card cloned IN Hatfield Markhams today!

My husbands card got cloned at 11.45 in Markham's Hatfield Pretoria today! He paid for a belt, 10 minutes later R2000 was withdrawn from his bank account!! No one in store would take responsibility, not even a reference number or action taken by Head office. Is this the type of honesty now IN your stores???!!! SHOCKING!!
