Calls from Legal Department

I am paying my account every month but I am getting calls from your legal department saying my account is over due.<br> Why must I get calls from your legal department while I am paying my account every month and I am using the same account to buy?<br> This means my name will be listed with bad credit record while I am paying my account?<br> I am not happy with the way you are handling my account I will pay it off and close it.<br> I got a call from Robin-Lee from CAF Legal telling me that my account was over due and the balance he was giving me was incorrect so how do you justify that?<br> Can I use the account that is over due to buy?
