Bunch of *********

These are the pathetic *********** bunch of useless people. Their stuff took my card at @home shop. I block it and went to Pinetown Sanlam center for a new one. I did a payment of R500 at Fabian in pavilion. I went to check my balance at Markham in pavilion and they told me my card is not working. I phone customer service they confirm. I went back to Pinetown and they advise me to contact forensic. I phone customer service, they told me to go to another Markham store. I went to, galleria, Westwood and watercrest with no luck. Then I phone them to give me their account number so I can do settlement and cancel this account, they refused and ask me to use my petrol again to go to Pinetown and try to sort out the card. Only to find out that their account was busy adding interest during this event. I query that with head office and they told me there's nothing they can do about that. Now I've emailed NCC regarding this issue and I was told to get certain things from Markham regarding my account but until now I'm still waiting for their head office manager to call me. Mind you their collection department is busy threatening me with their legal department.
