Bunch of Bullies

I just had a bad experience with Markham, I committed to pay during the weekend after missing a month of payment due to unforeseen circumstances and I missed the payment due to my classes went on till late on Saturday and Sunday and I again committed to pay yesterday and I went but their system was offline which is not my fault, but this morning a lady calls me making her threats and bullying me as if I had committed a crime.

If this is how you treat your customers then I guess I made a mistake and would definitely advice others on this kind of behavior from your employees which is totally unacceptable. I will not be threatened and bul**** by you guys and next time your people calls me make sure they have good attitude because I will return back the attitude they come with.
