Broken Trust

I have been a loyal customer for about 10 years, but now I'm being kicked to the curb.

Not going to mention exact dates, but abt 4 months ago I lost my wallet with all my cards and cancelled the Markham card immediately. Eventually the wallet was returned abt 3 days later. I proceeded to Markham to request a new card and was informed they can reactivate my old card.

We started with the process and there were some security questions that I had to answer, very strange questions of which I answered them to the best of knowledge. Unfortunately they were wrong and it was done the second wrong again. But how can I answer questions wrong pertaining to my life. Well was told they cannot reactivate account would need to bring proof of address and my ID to be sent to the forensic department.

Eventually went back about 2 weeks later was assisted docs sent away and till this day about 2 months later never contacted.

On my account my credit balance is 0. So meaning I cannot purchase items with my account. I really feel as a customer for so many years having a upto date account that the service delivery would be better, but guess I'm just another number.

Well Markham you can say goodbye to this number my account should be settled end of the month and that's where we will part ways.
