Broken heels

<p>To whom it may concern,</p> <p> </p> <p>I am a regular shopper at Markhams, I easily spend up to R 15 000.00 a year on my account.</p> <p> </p> <p>My concern has been with Markhams formal shoes, the heels of the show are falling off. It seems to me as cheap labour was the main issue and the heels of the shoes are just glued on.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have 3 pairs of the following shoe.</p> <p>Smart Derby</p> <p>Online code : 023810AAAA5</p> <p>1 black, 1 brown and 1 grey.</p> <p> </p> <p>Over the course of this year i have been purchasing these shoes. The 1st one I purchased was the black one, the heel fell off and I replaced it at a local shoe maker. The same happened to my brown one. What really ticked of a few boxes was recently I purchased the grey one, it is about 2 - 3 months old and the heel fell of yesterday.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please can Markham advise what is going on? </p> <p> </p> <p>Kind Regards</p>
