Brilliant Basics

This past Sunday upon returning a pair of casual sneakers that I had purchased the day before that really had minor detail defect I had the privilege to be SERVED by one of the most refreshing and most efficient employees at the Sandton Branch. Lebogang that works in the men's grooming section assisted me, she listened, she was engaged and took accountability for something(minuscule detail defect) by APOLOGIZING to me as the customer even though I did not complain about the problem however she recognized that there is a difference and the client had noticed it and was not entirely satisfied with the product.<br> Over and above that she made sure that I get the right product that I needed and basically excelled at the BRILLIANT BASICS of customer service. <br> Thank you for the GREAT CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE, <br> She is an absolute star and deserves the RECOGNITION and whatever possible reward that may come her way.
