Bought an alcatel phone Pop7, promised 100MBX12 .
Bought an alcatel phone Pop7, promised 100MBX12 . ,TILL THIS DAY STILL WAITING, its been almost 5 month.I clearly asked the teller what happens to the free data if I do sim swap, I was told i wont forfeit my data.When I call, iam being told its because i did sim swap ,even though the sim card hasn't been changed . Not happy at all
