Boots are of POOR quality

I bought boots from a Markham store in Worcester. I think i have worn the shoes for about 3 times. Now that is winter I took them out of my closet and walked in the rain for ONE day, and the **** leather plastic started to come off. This is pathetic as I have paid R799 for these boots! <br> <br> I don't have a receipt, but this is not acceptable!<br> <br> I will be awaiting for feedback from TFG to assist me in this matter!
