Bogus service

My mom bought clothes for me with her account and unfortunately the sizes were small and I went to markhams south gate for size exchange and I was told I can't as they need the owner of the account that is so pathetic just for size exchange.my mom is old so i have to drag her to the store for a exchange I have read the terms and conditions of exchange and that's not on the receipt I find this rule or policy ridiculous as I was just exchanging sizes and when you buy it's a sale and it contribute towards reaching the store target but when it's a exchange it an issue no options given like a gift receipts or whatever. I have been approached several times to open an account by TFG I'm glad I didn't and I'm definitely gonna influence my mom to close this account as it's not catering for our needs ****ed to the highest level. No empathy from staff
