Blacklisted

I opened the TFG account with Markham, while I was still a student in college(2018) ,immediately when bursaries stopped funding me ,I reported to the store that I'm currently not having income which will assist with the account payment they said they are closing the account nothing will be left on my name it was on (2020). I never had any communication with them until I receive an email stating that I'm in arears with with Markham .This is unfair because now im blacklisted and it's holding up initiatives that I'm suppose to do..
