Blackberry returned with same defect after a month
So I bought my brother a Phone in November & within a week the charging system was not working so we returned it for repairs like any normal person would. They took it for a month returned it in January with a new battery and no real repairs the phone still wouldn't charge. So we returned it again and mind you I am still paying for this phone on a monthly basis including insurance yet i haven't had it for the past two months and they still haven't been in touch.

This is really frustrating and I have no idea why they are not in touch or if it will even come back fixed this time.

As a Markham customer this is not a promising sign as to how long i will want to be a loyal customer.
