Billed for insurance I never signed for

my 2nd review after being billed for things I have never purchased. On the 12 Nov '19, I was billed for Account benefit insurance/Account benefits for R35.31. I have gone to the cresta store and this was meant to be reversed. Refer to my email Sent: 19 February 2020 02:52 PM -To: ***. the email has been ignored. I did not sign for this insurance and I have the right to report this to FSCA and consumer council! if I don't get a reply, I will report Markhams - previously I was being charge monthly for airtime I never purchased - it took years to resolve this. Now I am being billed for Insurance I never purchased.
