Best Customer Service Ever

<p>Today (10/05/2017) I had a small incident at work that resulted in my pants being torn. I had to quickly rush to buy pants. I went to the new Markham store located at corner Joubert & Picard street Johannesburg CBD. Bought my pants and Lucia Xulu (Markham Employee) attended to me and politely asked if everything was ok and I explained to her my situation. she quickly stopped her admin work, took the tag of the pants, gave it to the cashier and requested that Hartwell Ndlovu (Markham Employee) to take my pants and steam them while I was paying. While I was patiently next to Hartwell, two other Markham Employees kept coming to ask if everything was ok and I was even offered a chair to sit while waiting for my pants.</p> <p> </p> <p>It might not mean much to most people or management but I was really happy with the service I received from them and attended my client meeting with confidence since my new pants were well steamed. They truly displayed the importance of putting a customer first.</p>
