Being called abnormal by your cashier to your HO

I went to collect my card I app**** for after receiving an sms to say it has been approved and it wasn't there. For me as a disabled male person it was a huge inconvenience. And I expected for the card to be there, instead it was at the Donna Claire store. Because the scanner at Markham was broken when scanned it in, she went to went to Donna Claire to scan it in. Then the 2 female cashiers tried to force me to take card from DC and I am a male and I was told that I could use the card at any participating stores. We went back to Markham to phone HO and see if a card couldn't be linked like that. When spoken to a lady at HO she told her that I was abnormal instead of disabled. And then she went on to say disabled people normally can't understand these things. And then the lady at HO wanted to speak to me. She then asked me what the problem is? Then I gave back the phone to the cashier as I have speech problem too. I took the card but I am still dissatisfied with happened there. I was also given vouchers to use for opening the account which you advertise, I had to ask for it,but that too is very misleading. I received good service from Cynthia, but humiliated by your other staff
