BAD STINKING SERVICE

I bought 2 Jeans at Relay Clearwater on the 4/7/2019, when i got home and put it on the style was not suitable. I work at Midrand so I decided to take them back ad get my refund today 10/07/2019 which is 5 days later after the purchase. I was belittled by the staff members who told me firstly they wont refund me without my debit card, I had receipts for the purchase and even opted to show them my bank statement to show its my card..I asked for a store manager who looked at me filthy and told me the jeans have stains, for **** sake they were never worn. I WANT MY MONEY BACK AS IT CLEARLY STATES ON THE SLIP THAT IT IS WITHIN MY RIGHTS TO EXCHANGE OR REFUND WITHIN 30 DAYS, I WILL TAKE THIS BEYOND HELLO PETER. I WILL TAKE THIS TO EVERY LENGHT TILL I GET MY MONEY BACK...I AM WRITING TO THE OMBUDSMAN. YOUR STAFF AT MALL OF AFRICA MARKHAM HAVE STINKING ROTTEN ATTITUDE AND JUDGE CLIENTS. GIGGLE AND LAUGH AS THEY REFUSED TO ASSIT WITH Y REFUND. THEIR ATTITUDE IS APPAULING. I WOULD NOT BE SURPRISED IF YOUR TURNOVER IS DECREASING. I WANT MY REFUND AND WILL NEVER EVER PURCHASE FROM YOUR CHAIN.
