Bad service markhams jabulani mall

I must say that I've never been so humiliated in my life by the Cashiers at markhams jabulani mall on the 7th of February 2025 we were standing on the queue for like 15 minutes waiting to be helped well after a long period of time waiting they telling us that we standing on the wrong side of the queue then they helped some guy who was standing on the other side so I asked the lady by the till that where is it written where we should stand on the queue she ddnt answer me the other cashier who's name was Pinky she was not even wearing a name badge I saw her name on the slip🙄🙄made it a joke with the male customer she was assisting they were talking about the incident and made it a joke I couldn't hear wat they said but I only heard her say " yoh awazi wena izinto ezindlula kuzo" in her Zulu language well I kept quiet and ddnt say anything waited for my turn to be helped she finally called me she ddnt even greet me she went on to process my transaction no greeting and thanking me I found dat very rude and unprofessional the service we always get in these malls at soweto is very horrible I'm not very happy about the level of service I got dat girl needs proper training or maybe she's in the wrong industry cz clearly she doesn't know how to treat customers 😒😒😒
