Bad service markham protea gardens

Markham protea gardens they have bad service, Saturday they took my money , On my account and then they say there systems it declined it, I show them sms, and then they say markham will reverse it until today, when I went back to the shop and report this matter they say they are busy they didn’t assist me, someone one was busy with scheduling, someone said she don’t know how to do it, until I leave the unassisted, even now they are owing money my money, I’ve never see bad service like that.
