App**** for account. Was called by call centre to confirm with security questions. Received email to pick up card. Went to Paarl Mall. Service of workers friendly. Could find no documentation regarding my application. Waited 10 min for call center to answer..after another about 15 minutes the employee said to me the man from the call center want to talk to me. He again asked me security questions. According to him my answers are wrong..the ****** cheek...now they want me to re-apply...forget it...your service are pathetic.
