Bad service /lay-by refund

Hi so i had a laybuy which i piad already twice and there was a balance of 200 bucks left to pay which i took my time in paying it as i was waiting for black friday but the pants never went down so i wanted to cancel and gwt my money back.. They made me wait there on the side for an hour busy saying they looking for my pants to scan it so that they can give my money store was closed already and needed to collect my child from aftercare so i left and luckily as they guy was opening the door for me to leave rushed to give me my money as i was leaving..
