Bad service I'm moving back to trueworths

I lost my card, I went to Markhams pavilion westvile. I was told they cannot help me with driver's licence card. But when I paid for my account I paid using driver's licence. All I want is a new account card that I lost. And I was also told that I failed security questions I mean how can I fail my own questions. But I don't fail questions when they call me with promotional things

I can understand how frustrating this is, I have already contacted customer service about the status of your account and will let you know whats happening and what can be done to get this sorted out for you as easy and quick as possible.
