Bad service from Markham Brits mall

Hi, my name is Thabo and I opened my account in 2020. I've been a happy client until today. I went to RFO to buy and I was told my account was blocked because my "employment contract " expired on the 26th June 2022. To my shock I said I'm still employed so the consultant who spoke to TFG CALL CENTER AGENT said all I needed was a letter from my employer that I still have a job. I persued to make my way to Markham Brits Mall where I opened the account with my letter of employment. It was therefore sent via email and 5min later we called and the new lady on the other side gave us a different story. Now my account is still blocked and I wanted to make purchase. I'm very much not happy with the service I got even thinking of terminating my account. So what is the way forward.
