Bad service experience

On the 19th of July I went to Markham Fourways mall to purchase a jacket, I didn't get a size. I asked one of the employees there to assist me with getting the right size at the nearest Markham store. They checked and found out that the nearest store is in Midrand, I asked them if I should go to Midrand or they will bring to Fourways. I was told to leave my details, they will call when it arrives. I requested to be called before the end of the week and they agreed.

On thursday I tried to contact them with the telephone numbers I got on Google, however there was no answer even on friday. I decided to go there on friday to ask them about the jacket. I was told that the numbers I was calling are not working and the jacket was only going to take 7 working days, no one had told me about that.

I have been a customer for TFG since 2011 and I've never experienced that kind of service. I am so disappointed.
