Bad Service

I got the worse service from Markhams to an extend that I am going to just settle my balance and close this account. I have send two emails to Markhams with no response. Markhams gave me Finrite their insurer. I call them several times where I would hold on for more than 30 minutes each time. I insured more than four cellphones and this was the first time that I claimed.
