Bad Service

I bought a phone for my 9 year old son from Markham a Samsung A02 core on the 14 th of September 2020. It started giving him problems in January 2020 so I went to Markham on the 18 of January 2020 at Mdantsane Mall where they told me that they will book it with MTN for it to be fixed . Since then I haven't had a call from them and when I sent my mother on the 16th of March 2020 they told her that the phone hasn't returned and they blamed MTN for the Delay and they Promised to phone on the 17th of March 2020 to give me an update for which I'm still waiting.
