Bad service at Markham greenstone shopping center

We went to Markham greenstone shopping center and we met with a guy called Felo who gave us a very bad attitude and no service.

He shouted at me and my pregnant wife and even when his colleagues reprimanded him, he continued shouting.

He even said we are behaving like white people, we complain too much. This was pure ****** coz he made us feel like we are not entitled to complain coz we are black.
