Bad service and manager not helpful and very very rude

Service at Tsakane Mall Markham the service is really poor and the manager the has no manger skills she is very rude and I have been coming here from Friday when I got the on Friday they system was off I understood I asked on Sunday what time do you guys close they said 1600 I was the 1535 they Already closed and here I am today I waited almost an hour for a lay buy to be taken out they service is bad the manger has a attitude I must can even help
