Bad service and false advertising

Good day,

My name is Mukhethwa, I reside in Heidelberg Gauteng, last week on Wednesday on my husband's birthday I decided to go to Markham store in Heidelberg mall to buy him something.

When I arrived I did my shopping without even being asked if I need assistance but it didn't really bother me. When it was time to go pay I get to the till and two ladies are selling a phone to one gentleman which it took them more than 15 minutes while I was standing there . They didn't open another till and knowing the area I stay at if it was a white person he/she was going to be assisted promptly.

There was a sale of up to 50% , I got two items (jacket and a blazer) when I get to the till I'm told the blazer price just went up now and I said but that's the price I saw on the item and you are only telling me know that I want to pay , she took that item and took off the sale price and she continued as if nothing happened, there was no we are sorry but just an arrogant lady being the till.

That for me it's false advertising cause you had the whole day to remove the price tag and cut the correct one since I went to the shop late.

I felt disrespected and the lady lacks customer service and I'm willing to answer any question you might have for me.
