Bad service

I bought a phone at the end of January 2021 at Markhams Zevenwacht mall. The phone literally only worked for one month. I took the phone back to the store in March 2021, 4 months later i am still without the phone with no communication from the store. If i don't phone them they won't phone me. The phone is almost done paid for and i had not really use it. Bad service...
