Good day,<br> <br> I submitted a claim on the 17 November 2015 at the Markhams in secunda. my sister had lost her phone and so I claimed it at the nearest store to me as the Insurer of the device.<br> Since then to date we are still waiting for the insurer to pay out. They keep asking for ridiculous information and I feel they have not yet properly reviewed all documents given to them. I have tried to call in but I as refused the opportunity to speak to a supervisor.<br> I have to keep going to the store and calling the call centre to hear of any progress and it is time wasting activity.<br> <br> I feel The TFG group is messing me about and this has gone on too far. The claim was submitted 17 Nov 2015 and now its 8 Mar 2016 and still no outcome.<br> <br> please assist in speeding up the process.<br> <br> I have submitted the following:<br> 1. Affidavit with all the information needed<br> 2. all other claim documentation needed
