Bad service

These people refuse to take back a pack of socks that I bought for someone and might I add the the socks are clearly in the same condition as when I got it, meaning that it was never removed from it’s packaging. I contacted the call Centre, they said I must call the area manager. All I got to say is that the store and the contact Centre are ****ing useless. Then the manager is also not on duty. Even more useless. Complete disregard customer service.
