Bad service

Hi I have been struggling to buy something online sins Wednesday I called there online office and was on the phone for 4hours and still nothing they told me at which stores I can go buy my stock only to get there and find there is no stock I then phoned again requesting that n manager call me it is 3 days later and no manager called me I then went to cape gate and bought a egift card bought and paid my stuff only to receive an email they are awaiting payment what do I do know.
