Bad Service

<p>My fist trip to Markham, Adderley Street ended up rather shocking. The store manager on duty seemed rather uninterested in my request throughtout the whole experience. Markham had a particular Men's Camo hoody, with green colour lining which caught my interests. I asked one of the sales staff if I could fit one on for just size, but there were only big sizes left on the floor. There was a display mannequinn who happened to be dressed up in a medium size jacket. I asked if it would be possible to quickly fit for size, but was point blank refused for the simple reason:</p> <p> </p> <p>It is against store policy to fit try on a garment on display.</p> <p> </p> <p>Even though my intentions were made very clear, that I was simply fitting for size and that the item may be placed back on the mannequinn. I was simply refered to another only after I redquested that they run a stock availability check on the system.</p> <p> </p> <p>My first time experience, truely SHOCKING.....</p> <p> </p> <p>MD Edwards</p>
