bad service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
<p>BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE RECEIVED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i took an account at cradlestone mall jhb west. i was paying it very well and was happy with everything and i decided well ,why not paying everything up front ***ed amout due) , i did so and my balance went to zero(.00.00 rand) then the following month i got statement saying that am owing 101.00 12 acc benifits =31.36 acc benifits interest =3,36 cell insurance =66,00 closing balance 101.00 what i fail to understand is th if owing 4000 in one account and your monthly install is 500rand (e.g) and decide to pay off 4000 and remember this 4000 includes benifts . then why pay extra ? markham want to ripp me off and i wont let that happen</p>
