BAD & HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Horrible experience, I was returning the shoes which I purchased on the 02 of November of which they were damaged on the heel, I was told buy the consultant that they must be damaged because I "walk with them" I dnt maybe im supposed to fly with them. I was not happy on how the consultant spoke to me he was rude, I work at retail store myself and I believe he should have been more professional. I wanted to take another pair as I love those shoes BUT because of the BAD & HORRIBLE customer service I received I decided NOT to take another pair.
