bad customer service so ****ed

I have kept aside an item at Markham Newtown junction and told them I would buy it on my pay day and they agreed for me to keep it there. I went to the store this morning and they had sold the item i had kept aside no communication nothing. I am so disappointed of the whole thing they could have at lest communicated to me.<br> I mean why agree to something if you can not honour word what's the use any way I'm very ****ed
