Bad Customer Service / Insults
<p>This is not a request for a refund, it’s a request to close my Markham account (not any other account) due to unprofessional service, unprofessional services from the Markham team. If there is a credit balance on my account, transfer it to my bank account. See attached for detail as requested. I was informed by Shereen Fernandez to submit my ID and my bank details, which I did. Please close my Markham, Account Number / Card Number 627 ********** 4 9188 and the credit balance be paid into my bank account. Reasons for closing this account were provided in my previous email such as insults from Martin from Cell Number ********** and that I was pointed out as a **** by Gershon Nutt and Basetsana Mokwena. I also need a letter stating that my Markham account is closed and the balance are ZERO</p>

We do understand that the request is to close the Markham account and we would like to advise that the account can only be closed when the balance is nil.
Due to the monetary transactions that has happened on the account; we are only able to close the account on the 13th / 14th December after our billing.
