Bad customer service

I went to the Markham store at OR Tambo to settle my account. I walk into the store there's two employees standing directly opposite the door, they see me walk in and I went straight to the counter, mind you at that time I am the only customer in the store.

They see me standing there looking at them to show that I need at least one of them to assist me, but no, they continue with their conversation and straight out act like I'm not there, had to call them to get assistance whereas they saw me walk in the store, they saw me go to the counter yet waited for to ask for assistance. How does that work? Don't these people get trained? Don't they know customer service? As if having had to actually ask to be assisted was not enough, the woman comes at the counter with a nasty attitude to assist me, mind you I left my office to do that specific thing yet I was made to wait till I actually asked for help!!

The service is terrible, that is not how a customer is treated. Next thing people will be saying how black people like attention and complaining when we have to deal with such nonsense! Any other day I would take it, like I did before and in the same store, the fact that I left my own work at a time I know it's least busy at the shops to pay and quickly return back to work, then I'm made to wait - when I walk into any store as a customer I expect to be assisted so that I go on with my day, then you get such employees who will make you wait for them when they are not doing nothing but simply gossiping about things that have nothing to do with work!!! This is both annoying and frustrating, what about professionalism, good work ethics, hell what about simply doing what you're hired to do - provide good customer service so that we can all go on with our lives?
