Bad customer service

today I went to on your store in mall of Africa checking out your Black Friday specials. I saw T-shirts that where marked down 50% and took them. As I was at the till only be told that those t-shirts are not marked down but the whole says 50%. I Told the person who was helping that these items are marked down that’s why I took them.He thn called the other lady to come assist me and she also insisted that they are not marked down. I told thm tht what they are doing it’s false advertising and she said it might have been A mistake. I told her that the board on the Rail says 50% that’s why I took the items. I asked the lady that can I speak to the manager and she said she is the manager and she has said goes. Everyone at the till was gang up on me about the whole Price thing. Asked who can I speak with who is above and told me the bus stops with her. Few minutes later Resego call in security to take me outside the store becoz I was disturbing the customers. I refused to leave the shop bcoz I’m also a customer.
