Bad customer service

Bad customer service, was first in line wanting to cancel my layby and they made me stand on the side for an hour as they said they looking for the pants and have to scan it,as i was leaving as i couldn't wait anymore reason being as i had to pick up my son the place was already locked and i couldn't leave and waited for the guy to open and only then thats when they rushed to the door to give me my money back..
